Three day trip to Chicago. The hotel was a great central location in downtown and a 10 to 15 minute walk to most sites, Navy Pier, River walk, Michigan Avenue, all the great pizza places. The hotel was smaller compared to most which we loved. Room was updated, bathroom very nice and king sized bed very comfortable. We used the blue line to get to and from O’Hare via Clark station (a 12 minute walk from hotel.). We used the red line via Chicago station (10 min walk from hotel) to go see a Cubs and White Sox game. Had a great time and would absolutely book this hotel again.

The person at the front desk was very nice. The hotel is quite dark and feels dirty. The bar not open until 7PM. There is not a coffee maker in the room and there is no coffee available in the hotel until 7AM. I was told to go to Starbucks - 2 blocks away. Rooms are small, dark and feel dirty.

The staff was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the bathroom in my room had hair all over the floor. The chair in the room had stains as well. Mini-fridge was very dirty and had an odor.

Funky little hotel right downtown. Met my needs for the one night stay. Thought the glowing lips on the bathroom mirror were cool. Did seemed like it could be more throughly cleaned as there was a layer of dust on the pendant light and cobwebs hanging on one side of the room.
