Rooms were narrow, walking towards bathroom or refrigerator you’d run into the tv. The bathroom shower didn’t have door and the elevator took about 15 minutes to come and go every time. Trash was piled up at the elevator, something tells me nobody came up to the 21st floor

Great stay!

We had a great stay. All of the staff we encountered were very warm, welcoming, and helpful. The location was perfect- two blocks within theatre and restaurant. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location!

Excellent location and spacious rooms. Just steps to the park, river, and Target. The room and bedding were overall clean. The staff was very responsive and helpful when a cigarette smoke smell seeped into my room. They quickly helped me switch. The only "downside" was the downtown noise from traffic which can't be avoided given the location.
