The apartment was very spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The swimming pool and gym were well maintained and the gym was well equipped. The reception staff and managers were pleasant, helpful and very professional.

Was a little disappointed as we had a few issues throughout our stay. The aircon in the room wasn't working and when we contacted the reception earlier in the day, they called us back at 10:30pm at night on the loud hotel phone when we were sleeping! We also had a flickering main light in the living room, the TV didn't work- it kept lagging and pixelating so we couldn't watch it. The room was quite dirty, the bedhead and floor was super dusty, the balcony seating already was dirty and there was a coloured contact left on the bedding. One of the receptionists wasn't very nice to deal with either (blonde, British lady). However, the concierge guy was super lovely and helpful. Overall, I do love Meriton suites. The location was super convenient and we would stay here again. But just our stay this time wasn't as pleasant as previous stays we've had at the Meriton suites.
