Beautiful and modern. I would have given 5 stars but maid did not take out the garbage, nor replenish the coffee nor make our bed. The front desk took care of the problem right away..

Top location for what we needed.

Great location easy walk to metro, trains, etc, lots of food options, and shopping. Rooms could've supplied kitchen items for 4 instead of 3 as a couple its an odd number and you are putting a dishwasher on with only a few items wasting water, energy etc just looking at environmental impact.

The BEST location, you'll never get hungry when stay at this hotel, because lots lots options for foods, restaurants, cafes, convenience stores, supermarket. All within walking distance. Hotel is always busy during my stays, can't really expect to request early check in if u book more than 1 room and stay in the same level. Cleanliness is good enough for me. Facilities are also good, indoor pool with spa and sauna and gym. I stay with my family of 4. We are happy and satisfy enough during our stays. The staffs are friendly and helpful too. Thank you. Highly recommended! 👍

They let me check in, even though I was early. In room laundry is awesome. Elevators take a little long, but it's a small price when the room was nice & well equipped and the staff was polite & accommodating. Located in "Chinatown" and convenient to publit transit stops. Great stay.

The check in was seamless. The people behind the desk were very friendly & accommodating. The room was clean & a great size. I was cooking in the room & having family come to eat. Housekeeping provided me with more plates & cutlery. Great location for the Sydney Film Festival
