Door slamming while housekeeping was cleaning or when people left their rooms in general at all hours was terrible. Not a peaceful stay at all. For the most part the shuttle rides were convenient. Breakfast was good. The muffins were tasty. The girl working the breakfast area was really kind and worked very hard to keep things stocked. She was great!

Easy to get to from O'Hare. The staff was friendly too and the shuttle driver was awesome! The room was nice and clean as well.

This was a great cost efficient option for someone like myself, who had to plan my trip at the last minute. The staff were very welcoming and lovely. The lobby area was also very welcoming and beautiful. Breakfast served hot and tasty in the morning was definitely a plus. The only thing that I would say about this place is the pungent smell of chlorine in the hallways. This was the case on the 3rd floor at least. The water in my room had a metallic smell about it and made me nervous to wash my face so I bought water bottles to brush my teeth and wash my face. The air conditioning unit was set to 68 and allowed for a very comfortable room temp for me but occasionally let out a dull smell almost like wet clothes but it only lasted a few seconds. The beds were so comfortable that I didn’t really want to get up, so kudos on that part. All in all- again a great place to resort to when your trip is on a budget and you are looking for a safe and convenient location.

The condition of the room and several other aspects of my stay were far below the standards I expect from a reputable hotel. Hallway carpet are dirty and stained. Upon arriving at our assigned room, we were immediately met with a room that was not clean. The carpet was stained, there were hairs in the bed. Also the room had a strong and unpleasant chemical odor. This chemical smell, made my wife and I feel nauseated. Due to the unacceptable condition of the room, we were forced to request a different room. Beyond the room itself, we also encountered problems with the parking lot that was consistently full. Breakfast was blend and never changed up. I will not be staying at this hotel in the future.
