It was good, just annoyed room service was knocking at our door before it was our time to check out.
Otherwise it was clean, check in was seemless. There was trash and throw up in the parking lot.
Had to have my key reactivated 4 times. Room and bathroom was way too small. My husband has a hard time walking and they gave us a room very far away from the elevator. Coffee would run out in the early evening. Staff st the desk were the only good thing at this motel. The pool was nice. I would never stay there again because of the size of the rooms and the way the motel is arranged!!!!

Did not remove trash from our room or make beds. When I asked I was informed that I had to specifically request it. Also although the pool signs state it opens at 10 am - they were not ready at that time. The room next door had a plumbing problem that was left unfixed and the plumbing fixture in the flush most likely made a loud sound all night long. The owner of the hotel also owns a Brazilian steakhouse restaurant next door and each night the parking spots were full. There are only three handicapped slots and folks without the placard were parked in one of them. The hotel should add a few more handicapped slots to the parking lot and near the entrance.
We basically had a very nice stay. We appreciated the coffee out in the morning and the breakfast options.
We did not realize we had to ask for room service. Also we arrived 2 hours before check in and had to pay an additional $20 to get into the room early, even though it was totally ready. We found that quite off-putting.
We stay here every year when coming to visit Chicagoland. Breakfast has options for everyone. Clean and comfortable room. Downside is housekeeping is every other day rather than daily. Coin washer & dryer on side. Several dining options in close vicinity. Nice staff.

Stayed here a few times and had issues each time. My first stay there were plumbing/ drainage issues. This time around housekeeping failed to come clean both Wednesday and Thursday. I stayed for 5 days and made sure I called downstairs to make sure we were on the list both days yet they still refused to come clean our room. The gym had so many stolen free weights, none that matched so it was hard to get a good workout in. Overall this hotel could be better if their staff actually wanted to work. I also had very loud neighbors in my first room during my second stay… the phones wasn’t working in the room so I had to go downstairs to complain and request a new room away from the loud neighbors. It was a little push back at first but eventually I did get moved to a more quiet room. My key cards kept being deactivated all week which was a huge inconvenience because not only did I have to walk completely around the entire hotel to get to the elevator from the third floor, I couldn’t get in the building unless I came all the way around to the front door and I was also having to push my son’s wheelchair back and forth to the front desk for every single issue.
The room was clean and the bed and pillows were quite comfortable. We were very close to Naperville and 30 minutes from downtown Chicago but add on for traffic which is crazy during certain times. I was a little nervous being outside at night but kept an eye on my surroundings. There were a couple people staying there that gave me some creepy vibes. But I would stay again. The pool was outside and seemed well maintained and my teenage son enjoyed swimming for awhile. Breakfast was super yummy. All the employees I encountered were friendly and helpful
I paid online with a card and told all fees and taxes are included. I was told no refund if I didn’t spend more for security. Arrived and was told/ forced to pay even more that alone automatically made the bus not worth it. I lost $210 on a reservation that was advertised and charged as set and final cost. My experience and the stay was ruined and money wasted. My gust hated the experience. Checking in and checking out both times the people at the desk refused to give me a print out or receipt for both transactions. The white late kept talking to me like a child and saying I don’t know how to read and coughing every minute while handling my state I’d was rather discussing refrigerator was loud and you can hear other people through the walls including a dog at the time of my stay. For the amount of min and the location this was a fail complete total fail I would have went else where had the hidden fees been up front. If I would not have paid the deposit I would of lost my original $110 and received not refund avoid this place at all cost very scam like terms and conditions.
