The room decor was very outdated. The room were the ice machine was located smelled like mold. I fold months maybe even a years worth of thick gray dust between the bed and head board and behind the nightstand. When I presented the video to the staff they offered to move me to another room but could not grantee the room it would be clean.Most of the staff was friendly and nice but there some that were not.

Even with the power outage for about 40 minutes the staff explained what happened and the expected time till it cam back on. Food was very good. Pool area was very clean and comfortable.

I can honestly say that I was shocked that it was in a quiet place but I don’t like how it didn’t have a microwave or refrigerator in the room and I had my 1 year old with me so I had to go out and buy milk for him for the three days I was there… nothing was complementary but a small tube of toothpaste you literally had to buy everything they didn’t offer you anything which sucks since I did pay and stayed there… if I could say one thing it’s that they need to update there whole building it looks like it’s from the 1700’s and put a refrigerator and microwave in each room the walk to the lobby and back every time you need to microwave something was horrible they need to do better especially if they are a brand of Hilton

This place is fantastic!!! I have stayed multiple times and their breakfast buffet is crazy nice and cheaper than any trip to a fast food place will be. Completely satisfied!

Staff was very welcoming and attentive. We had an issue with the TV and they immediately replaced with a new one. The only drawback is that the property is very dated and in need of updating. Hallway carpets are in need of repair, and room and furniture need updating. Bed was comfortable.

It's an older facility. The room was cold when I arrived. The heating/cooling unit was strange because it was difficult to adjust the unit. There was no refrigerator and microwave in the room. Wasn't really that quiet.

Musty smell

Staff was extremely friendly. Stayed in room 710 and room smeeled musty. Upon further investigation, around window was full of mold. Ice room smelled of mold horribly
