We had reserved a room through Expedia for a Saturday night. The rates were good. We paid for an upgraded room, but when we arrived, the room was unavailable. We were given a standard room with 2 queens but were comped for the breakfast buffet in the morning. We were originally given room 611. However, when get got into the room, it was already occupied with luggage, unmade beds, clothing all around. Thankfully, we did not walk in on the occupants. I went back to front desk. They apologized and switched us to another room, 608. After that debacle, the rest of the stay was pretty standard. The comped breakfast was good and the waiters were very professional.
