When we first checked in we were given a room that hadn't been cleaned, so we had to march back down to request a different room right away. Then that night the room next to us was blasting loud bass music late in the evening while we were trying to sleep. Security apparently came to ask them to keep quiet or leave but they never stopped, and hotel staff didn't seem to care enough to make them stop, so we had to move rooms again. The fitness center was filthy, and the elevators always had trash and dirt would sometimes go to a floor we didn't request. . I've stayed at many Embassy suites in my lifetime and this property was very substandard. The only good part of the stay was the complimentary breakfast.
