We had a great stay! Our room was nice and clean, we appreciated having a fridge and microwave. The complimentary happy hour was nice, and the breakfast had a good variety. We will definitely stay again.

The hotel was beautiful. The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was good with many options. Centrally located. A 10 minute walk to the Riverwalk area. 23 minutes to the bean. The pool was a heated indoor pool (though it wasnt very warm) the phone in the room didnt work. The info guide is a QR code but lacked the answers we needed. The valet instructions were unclear and while there is a garage door that says valet parking, I wasnt sure if I was supposed to drive in or someone would come and take the car. The hotel should tell you to just drive in. (I had never used valet before-Ive only ever seen it on tv and they always meet you outside and take your car) so for anyone going, just drive in the garage door and they will help you inside. Overall, the hotel was nice and I would stay again. The cost of valet was $79/night on top of the room charge so it ended up being $263/night with using their parking. Unfortunately, it was the cheapest option we found. It is expensive in downtown Chicago.

We had a wonderful stay and felt it was great value for the price. The suite had a separate bedroom and a living area, with a little food prep area near the bathroom that included a fridge, microwave, and stainless-steel sink. The newly renovated bathroom was clean, bright, and excellent overall. Breakfast was very good with a nice variety of options, although it was a bit crowded. They also offered free alcoholic drinks and snacks in the afternoon, which was a nice touch. The hotel isn’t right on the lake, but it’s close to many popular attractions, some within walking distance. The surrounding area is pleasant. Our trip to Chicago was unforgettable, and this hotel definitely added to the great experience.

I had a problem with my heat in bathroom and my room. I took pics and they were full of dust . The maintenance people came Friday and they stated I had to move myself and didn’t offer a heater . Harvey Arais heard of my challenges there as a medical condition that can’t take the cold . I had to leave a day earlier because of my flair. He stated he work with Expedia and making things right . I’ll definitely stay there again. I love the one in Maryland

The breakfast was good, the location was great, and the staff was friendly and professional. The only issue I had was that housekeeping forgot to clean my room, which I think is unusual. Also, I tried several times to call the front desk and guest services from the room phone, but no one answered.

Rooms/bathrooms getting a bit tired. Comfortable beds. Mostly clean, but carpets seemed stained/dirty. Fitness room was not useable - small, overly warm, too crowded with several other people. It did not feel clean or having good ventilation. I did not stay. Coffee is very bitter.

Very convenient location, 15 min walk to River. Property was clean but could use a little sprucing up. Breakfast and social hour were great. I loved the fact we could spread out into 2 rooms. We raced the street yet heard no noise!
