Check in was quick and easy. The room was very spacious and clean. The hotel itself is huge inside but not crowed. My favorite part was breakfast. This was the best breakfast spread I've seen at a hotel. So many options. The location is downtown around so shops and restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel

It was very very hot inside the property . Even though my room was 78 degrees they said they were unable to turn on the air . Apparently their systems can’t be overridden until April . Made sleeping impossible.

Staff at front desk is very unfriendly. An Asian men was yelling at me. The restaurant people and bartenders very friendly. Rooms are spacious but need more detail on the cleaning. My omelet was always not cooked well.

Hotel is a perfect spot for your first time in Chicago! We were able to walk to shopping and dinning. If we had to drive we were not too far. The hotels valet parking attendants are a group of super nice guys. The hotel has. Great breakfast, the happy hour snacks and beverage they offer is a plus! We will stay again.

Texas to Chicago

Family trip from Texas to Chicago. 2-double rooms was a perfect fit. They had a great selection for breakfast and within walking distances to our selected attractions. Great spot! Will stay at this hotel next time we’re in Chicago!

Quick visit - great time!

We caught the blue line from airport to the hotel. Location was great for shopping and food. Close to a Catholic church. We will be back!

My room was not clean i had food still left in refrigerator. Nobody cared if then kids in pool was supervised I like the area , the breakfast bar was good and they need to clean their pool
