The breakfast is excellent with so many options and a delicious custom omelette option. The suite was very spacious with a door to the bedroom and a TV both in the “living room” with the sofa bed and in the bedroom. Great suitcase check in anytime on day of arrival and departure. And an awesome location in one of the most popular and safe parts of downtown

The moment we walk in were greeted by front desk staff and it was too early to check in they kindly held our luggage. The person who took our luggage was very friendly and helpful. We landed in Midway took lyft but could've taken subway. We took subway when we left. The subway is across street from property. Our room was very clean and quiet. They have a social hour in evening which is nice to mingle with other guest who were like us going to MLB White Sox game on one afternoon and other day to MLB cubs game. The location is perfect to explore chicago they lock the doors at 10 p.m. which we had no problem and felt safe. The breakfast in morning was delicious just wished it was open earlier like 500 a.m.. since we had to go to catch an early flight.

We really enjoyed our stay, everything was very nice, my only issues with our stay was that the hotel has zero free parking so i had to spend 55 a day in a nearby garage(cheapest in the area), and I had to ask the staff three times (I waited a couple hours between calls) to bring me some extra blankets for my friend on the sofa bed.

The hotel was very nice and comfortable, rooms were very clean and updated and unexpectedly, there was a happy hour with free drinks every day in the early evening. The are around the hotel is safe and busy, with lots of restaurants and supermarkets, as well as public transportation available. Would highly recommend!

Everything hit the mark for me in terms of the room, cleanliness, comfort, and professionalism of the staff. The breakfast buffet, omlette station and evening reception are nice touches. The location is very convenient, 3 blocks off Michigan Mile and 1-2 block walk to the Red Line and busses.

From the moment we walked in, early for our reservation, we were treated like the number one priority by every staff member. The bellman #johnnyBravo #JimmyNeutron #JohnnyDanger thank you for your comic relief after a long morning of travel and for keeping our belongings safe! The room was very clean and nicely decorated. It was quiet and the The curtains were excellent at blocking out the morning sun. The breakfast exceeded my expectations, the options and quality were wonderful. The complimentary happy hour drinks and snacks were a great surprise and we enjoyed the drinks. We will stay again and again. Thank you for making our trip flawless.

Very quick check in and have no issues with anything. Just load as you are in a city and you just hear a lot of emergency vehicles throughout the night and one load car that likes to rev its engine. But all in all the property was good.

Excellent hotel and location

Nice hotel. Breakfast buffet was good and you get two free drinks per night, as well as, snacks. Hotel was located in a wonderful area. We only had to walk 1 block to the Casino and the grocery store was literally across the street.
