The property and our room was perfect. It is easily the most beautiful hotel I have been to. My only concern is check in is at 4, and our room was not ready until after 5. With 2 kids, 11 and 7, this was less than ideal, especially after a 5 hour train ride and long walk to the hotel from Union Station. Our last day, at 9:49 I requested another towel and rag because after a workout my husband needed a quick shower. Checkout is at 11, and they brought us a towel too late for him to be able to use it. Luckily he had already grabbed one off of a housekeeping cart close to our room. It took approximately 45 minutes to bring it to the room. Other than that, the stay was perfect. Everyone was friendly, professional, and exceptionally kind. So overall, our experience was fantastic.

This place was awesome ! Very conveniently located walking distance from everywhere ! My room was very spacious, great bathroom lighting with mirror, the shower was really big. The view of the city from my room was really nice. We didn't eat at the restaurant in the hotel but it's great food options around the hotel. All of the staff were nice friendly and helpful. Breakfast was okay and you get 2 complementary drinks with your stay ! 10/10 would definitely stay again !

First, they were overbooked and forced us to relocate to a dump at 1am. We had to pay for our own transportation there and back and though every "Manager" assured us that we would be reimbursed BEFORE we checked out, that was a blatant lie. They could replace all management with an AI robot and have a better outcome. Generalized incompetence and gaslighting must be the brand standard. Horrible, horrible, horrible. The cost of the taxis was not the issue; the group effort to lie about the process and then still fail to handle the situation honestly was unacceptable. Trust nothing any manager says. Arrive early because they oversell daily and their "sister" hotels are miles away and piss poor. Buyer beware.
Where they will send you after they overbook and force you to take a $50 car ride at midnight.

First time in the city and I was happy with the location of our lodging. I am NOT...happy about needing some toilet paper for our bathroom, and we asked the cleaning lady for some and she just told me, "I dont have any!!!" All the while....cleaning and refreahing a room two doors down from us. That is unacceptable. She didnt even bother to offer to bring some.
