Hotels.com worse service. Never use one

Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Chicago Naperville/Aurora Charge me for no reason i didn't stay at that hotel. Hotels.com is a bad app don't used it they policies are only on they behave it doesn't matter if you pay for book protection. It doesn't let you modified or make a cancelation

Much nicer than I expected.

This hotel was actually much nicer than I expected. The room felt updated. The bathroom was spacious and had a large marble countertop. The decor was nice and modern. Not that we needed it, but there were 2 large flat screen tvs in the room. Nice touch. The staff was very nice and the buffet breakfast was great.

Their breakfast had a wide variety with healthy choices. She was doing a wonderful job at supplying the need. Over all the facility was clean and quiet but our room needed some maintenance. Like bath tub drain wasn’t working well.

Christmas stay. Manager Aaron Staller friendly and helpful, even going out of his way across the street to get change for us. Staff welcoming and worked hard to serve warm breakfast late for tired travelers. A really good team.

Nice stay

Room was very clean and comfortable. Cable channels were very limited. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Pool is no longer in use. Turning it into a game/activity room for teens. Disapointed.
