Clean it is. I had no complaints with the day staff all is well. It’s just a gentleman during the night shift named Alex that treated me very poorly and didn’t seemed too interested in resolving any of my concerns

The hotel was just ok. Upon arrival we were told there would be no dinner bar or restaurant for the rest of the week. That would’ve been nice to know before booking. They had coffee in a carafe but when we poured a cup it was cold. Sooo, no food and cold coffee—didn’t feel very welcomed.

The hotel lobby and elevator showed quite a bit of wear and tear. Cracked floor tiles. The worst part of the stay for us was the staff. Very unfriendly and they kept us waiting for no reason. We also tried to get coffee our first morning but they did not have any made. A staff member stated that another staff member had called in sick. We travel quite a bit and we would not stay here again.

The bar was closed when we got there on a Saturday around 4pm and when asked they had no reason. This would have made our stay more enjoyable since it was a really cold day!
