We requested a king but was given 2 double beds. I can live with that, although it was not ideal. However the breakfast was some of the worse I’ve ever tasted before. This is not a location that we would ever frequent again.

Upon arrival check in was hassle free the area was perfect and it had almost everything at walking distance. Unfortunately at night when we went to shower there was a foul odor coming from the bathtub and as we inspected further cockroaches were running up the tub and down the drain. We immediately packed up and headed to the front desk where they stated there was nothing that could be done on their behalf since there was no manager on their shift. He also stated we’d have to either stay in the room or find something else since they were fully booked, so we left. The following day no one contacted me and when I called the hotel and their front desk I was immediately sent to voicemail multiple times. Quite unfortunate considering the amount of money you’re paying for a suite. Do not recommend staying.

An old property. Room okay but you get what you paid for. I stayed here because I had an early procedure at the hospital. If I was staying downtown for pleasure, I would pay $40 more and have something better. Public spaces smell of the Chipotle restaurant next door
