The building and the rooms were dated. The first room we went into we needed to ask for another because it smelled like something died in there. They were accommodating and helpful and nice about everything and for us into a room. I’m giving it four stars because the location was great to soldier field and the staff was friendly and accommodating on a busy weekend.

I enjoyed the hotel, staff was very friendly. The only thing I didn’t like was the daily destination fee and how you couldn’t opt out of it. It was $25 a day, but they had multiple benefits such as using the gym, renting pickle ball equipment at Grant Park, $10 food and drink credit, etc. For some it could be worth it, but I hated that it was just another up charge for something I didn’t use.

Towels were old with holes, dirty looking, and ragged. The TV cable most channels did not work. The shower gel was missing. The hand gel was out. This was a very disappointing experience for an Hilton. To make it worse, they had a “surprise “ forced daily Destination Fee of $25 for some amenities no one uses…pickle ball rental and others. Self park was $75 per day. Will not stay again at this hotel.

Loved the measures they took to make sure you were staying at the hotel to get passes the elevators. Both of the gentlemen who helped us at the front desk were so nice and gave us helpful city tips.
