The location was excellent, as was the hot tub area, and the restaurant.
The room was ok, both TV's did not work, a pain.
It had a kitchenette, with pretty much everything, but no pots, and only one sharp knife.
The room next door had a dog which barked for 1/2 hour at night. When I tried to contact the front desk on the room land line ,I could not get through to the front desk. I had to Google the hotel site, and phone the check-in service who transferred me to the front desk. They did get someone to quiet the dog within 20 minutes. Not much of a VIP experience. There are many options of places to stay in Banff . This will not be one for us.
