I liked the security and safeness. I did not like that there was no valet/door person to help with bags, when spending thousands of dollars I would expect a door person to be there to assist with bags out of car and up to room and would also appreciate complimentary water each day not 2 bottles in the room that state if opened it'll cost $3 per bottle.

I liked it because everything is very clean, looks good, it doesn't smell bad, the beds are comfortable, the customer service is very friendly, and the location is great, everything is very close. The prices are affordable. Totally recommend it!

I liked that It was centrally located. I didn't like the fact that the room was cleaned on alternate days, and that there was no facility to make tea, only coffee maker was there. An electrical kettle to make tea and tea bags are essentials too for tea drinkers.

Didn’t like that the room is cleaned every other day,please make this crystal clear when booking Wife was stuck in the elevator for 40 minutes wasn’t constantly communicated with to keep her calm she had to constantly call to check on what was going on she was truly shaken
