Lauren was great. Best part, give her a raise, give her a bonus! Overall, fine. Nice place, close to all in the town. Their people make the stay nice! Maid team nice, efficient and thorough. Bed linens are too small. Seem like queen on a king. Older too, pulls and seams coming apart.

Almost 5 Star But Not Quite

The hotel was excellent for the most part. There are 3 things that would put it over the top: 1. Microwave in every room or at least on each floor. 2. Softer mattresses 3. Overhead lighting.

Everything was great with one exception: for a boutique hotel in a town like Naperville, I would expect nicer bath towels. The ones there were on par with a Motel 6.

I didnt like all the charges for the river walk 25 dollars just to walk in it yet the public didnt pay 25 dollars to walk on it And then all the taxes for the river walk If i would of know i had to pay for the riverwalk to i would found a different hotel To top it all off breakfasts was not included And for 329 a night it was not that fancy i will not do that again The fees were ridiculously cheaper hotels offer free breakfast

Getaway

This was a great location and the hotel was perfect for what I needed. I usually like to stay in small boutique hotels but this felt more like it. The area and what is available for food and entertainment was great
