The hotel is clean and modern. The room was nicely decorated, and the balcony was a nice touch. The location is perfect, walkable to all downtown Naperville restaurants and bars. My only complaint is that I thought $300+ per night was a bit overpriced.

Room was smaller than expected and wasn’t very clean. The floor was dirty. Bathroom was uselessly spacious while the rest of the room felt cramped for a suite. The hotel location is a plus and the staff were friendly.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Indigo. The room was pretty, comfortable, and a great place to relax after exploring the area. The location itself was fantastic—very walkable with lots to see and do nearby. The shower was excellent, one of the best I’ve experienced in a hotel. The only detail that seemed a bit out of place for a luxury property was the lack of soft-close toilet lids; it’s a small thing, but you’d expect it to be standard at this level. The rooftop bar and restaurant served delicious food, though the experience was slightly marred by how humid it was inside—it really could have used better air circulation or some fans to make it more comfortable. Overall, these were just minor issues, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
