Room was very clean and pet friendly, which is very important to us. Breakfast staff, especially Sierra & Derrick, were very friendly, efficient and always cheerful. Check-in was quick and easy and front desk staff exceeded expectation. We have stayed at the Hyatt House at least 3 times and will be staying there more often

The hotel had some issue for smoking alarms. And they changed my room next day with low room quality.Breakfast was a joke in terms of quality .I am so disappointed this time and not coming back to this hotel.
