We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean with good facilities. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Close to the waterfront area and shopping district. Staff were great. I would recommend this to anyone.

Overnight stay to have a night away, woolstore is always my number 1 choice. Conveniently located, friendly helpful staff. Rooms are always very clean and well appointed.

A great find in Hobart! Will stay again.

The 2-bed loft apartment was excellent. We were 2 adult couples, so appreciated the full bathroom and extra toilet/sink. It was very spacious. Only downside was the tight spiral staircase that lead to the mezzanine bedroom. There was no storage at all up there and only one bedside cabinet. The room really needs two, as well as drawers and/or wardrobe. Both beds were comfy. Whole apartment was super clean. We paid for overnight parking, it was very full but luckily they do have an overflow. We didn't eat onsite, but the breakfast buffet did look good. Sat at their bar one evening which was very pleasant. Will definitely stay there again.

We stayed in one of the loft apartments in the heritage wing. Comfortable and a great location in the Hobart cbd - it was the perfect place to base ourselves while exploring around the city and surrounds. Parking is limited and an additional cost. There are however several EV chargers which can be booked via the reception (for an additional cost on top of the regular parking fee), but there are plenty of charging stations around Hobart CBD (including free ones!).

The experience at the start was great until we had to check out. Our hot water was turned off at 10:00am, phoned front desk they were going to send someone asap but instead at 10:30am the cold water was turned off. Only 1 of us out of 3 were able to shower. Check out time was 11:00am. Ended on a bad note.

The hotel is closed to the CBD and also the pier (within 10-min walk). Very spacious and clean room with good kitchen, nice and professional staff. Very good car-park (but not free, need to book with your hotel room) within the hotel area. The skybus stop is just at the entrance of the hotel, so you come to hotel via skybus easily if you do not rent a car.
