The property was. Neat and tidy at a good price. I had to pay $20 per day extra for parking but it was worth it. The room was cleaned each day while I was exploring Hobart and surrounds.

Beds were terrible! Super saggy, been too long since update, be warned! Coffee machine broken, got another one it was broken too. I was situated on the road side which provided nice views but the road was very busy and noisy. You could smell the car fumes if you open the window, and what's more the restaurant exhaust fan churning out it's smells directly below me. No grocery nearby. No art in the room. Big and soul-less unfortunately, nothing to remind what it once was. Wouldn't stay there again. However the spa bath was five star terrific!

The location was great, it is right across from Constitution Dock and a short walk to the Salamanca Markets. Easy to get in and out of the city if going to Port Arthur etc. We had the studio apartment which was spacious with a full kitchen, however didn't really need it because we were very close to some great eateries. Most importantly, the bed was very comfortable.
