It was cool to be in the old Cook Country Hospital that has been renovated into an amazing hotel. Also, the mini museum about the Cook County Hospital was for sure an highlight. As well has the hallway to the rooms was pretty cool.

I have stayed at this Hotel many times in the past and two employees, who I consider more of Caregivers for all they have done for me and my dear Father, have been PHENOMENAL and FANTASTIC! They are Moriah and Mrs. Esther Gutieŕres. They ALWAYS go above and beyond. Their customer service is top notch and they always greet you with a smile and a wave. I always look forward to seeing them, both. They are the highlight of my various stays at Hyatt IMD. Keep up the amazing job! I hope to see you all soon.

The property was beautiful. We felt safe and comfortable. The only major problem was that we were without hot water from Sunday morning until till we checked out on Monday morning. So unfortunately we had to take “bird baths” instead of taking showers. This left us not feeling our best as we headed to my son and daughter in law’s baby shower. Please confirm with the property management so that we may receive a partial refund for the inconvenience of not having HOT water. Thank you, Sabrina Barber

Close to the blue line train to go downtown. Food was so Amazing. Close to untied center. One of the best hotel stays that I have had. Highly recommend. Will be back if we are in Chicago again.
