Room is good and comfortable. Separate area with sofa and office space. Breakfast is very good and the staff are nice and friendly, always helpful when you needed. Will come back again next time when accommodate in Chicago.

I had an amazing stay here. Ryan, at the front desk, was so accommodating! All of the staff were so nice and checked on me to see if I needed anything. I felt so special and I will be back. The only complaint I have is that it took a really long time for the water to get hot when I was in the shower/tub. I enjoyed myself so much that I don’t mind waiting for the hot water lol.

Good choice. Needs a little TLC

I have stayed at that location several times before and that is why I chose it for this stay. I felt more attention needs to be given to the décor. There are wore and dirty areas. The door on the room I stayed in was in very poor condition on the exterior side.

Nice weekend stay

Everyone and everything was nice. The hotel could use some upgrades like having outlets on BOTH sides of the bed, and I guess I’m not used to not being able to enjoy an enclosed shower. Other than that, it was a great stay. We will definitely stay here again and take the train downtown.

Great location next to Scrambled for breakfast or lunch and access to the highway 20 minutes to O'Hare. Clean big room with extra pull-out sofa. Lots of free parking and WiFi. This is our favorite hotel visiting Chicago and the North Shore. Expedia always has great pricing!!! Thank you!
