Everything was acceptable or better except the bed was awful. I believe the bed or frame was broken in the middle because it was sagging so bad it was U shaped with no support.

The staff and service people were awesome. The hotel definitely need some renovations which look like they’re going on. The beds were super comfortable with the pillows as well so a good night rest was had. Just need to step the game up with renovations!

Terrible Bed

We stayed at this hotel to catch early morning flight after long drive. Our room was 5341. Bed was in terrible condition and whole bed moves when you slightly turn aside. We had only 5hrs of sleep time so didn’t went through hassle of changing rooms. Spoken with front end desk person (Alex). He provided Managers contact card. Tried to reach her but contact number is terminated. Didn’t expected this kind of service from Hyatt.
