Great value for high quality stay

Staff was excellent during their internet cutting out. Made the most of a bad situation. Were kind and caring to everyone. Hotel is great- I love coming to the dance event because the hotel is super nice too.

The breakfast servers Bashkim and Floriberto greeted us every morning with big smiles and excellent service. The buffet was clean and bright. All the food was kept hot or cold; whatever was needed. The front desk clerks were always most helpful and friendly. My husband had a medical emergency on Sunday morning and the front desk associate had perfect recommendations for Newmed walk-in clinic. After his evaluation the MD on duty sent us to St Alexius which is the ER that the Hyatt employee told us to go to. We are pleased by such excellent service. The Hyatt Regency Schaumburg is 5star!

Upon check in we were given a dirty room. It’s a good walk from the desk up to you room, then to have to come back down after a long travel was upsetting. However they fixed the situation quickly and I would stay here again.

Nice staff, pleasant attitude. When we checked in, Austin at the front was very helpful and gave us dining suggestions in the area. Interacted with housekeeping, requesting towels; also happy to assist. Employees at the onsite Starbucks were also very easy to work with. Big hotel. Lots of lobby space. Lots of free parking in back of hotel. Room booked was 2 full beds. I booked it so long ago the only reason I could think of getting two beds was because it was probably cheaper than the

Horrible beds and pillows for the price range. There is a mall literally across the main road about 3 minute drive. There are plenty of restaurants in the area with a sports bar and a steak house right next to the hotel. Olive Garden is also about a five minute walk.
