Clean and comfortable hotel

My son and I stayed at this hotel in order to attend the Cubs Convention. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. I liked the fact that we could text the front desk day and night to ask questions and make requests. I liked that they were able to extend our checkout time to 1pm at no charge.

The lobby was under construction during my stay, which was not disclosed at the time of booking. There was a narrow walkway around the blocked off area, but it was unappealing upon arrival. The ambiance is part of the reason I chose Loews, especially after staying at other Loews properties.

The housekeepers for our floor were amazing! Friendly and greeting everyone. Came back to a welcoming room every night. The lobby and bar area were under remodeling but other than that it was a fantastic stay. At check in they offered a room upgrade for $30 and was treated to a great room with an awesome city view. Will definitely be staying here again!
