A traditional motel in the center of the city - the rooms are comfortable without being fancy (allthe little extras were available - hairdryer, toiletrys, wifi, etc), housekeeping daily.
Very cute and extremely conveniently located classic motel.
Loved: Location, service, room cleanliness
Disliked: Shower took forever just to get luke-warm, curtains don't completely cover the windows so it's very bright in the room as soon as the sun comes up. The suite is right above a deli that has a very loud door that you hear every single time it closes. The suite can only be accessed by going through the very narrow check in/out area.
Things not mentioned in this listing: There is a $40 a night parking fee. There is a $125 deposit fee.
Super clean, renovated, affordable, great location, check in was easy, staff were great! Only downfall- one of the other guests were in and out all night long slamming the main door, talking loudly. And at one point we all thought we heard someone on the roof dragging something in the middle of the night.
What a great little motel in the heart of Chicago. From the outside it looks a little plain but the rooms are beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. Staff are lovely too it’s a few minute walk to merchandise Mart CTA station and about a 15 minute walk into the loop. There’s loads of good bars and restaurants in the vicinity too.
Great location and good price. I have never been in a hotel with such thin walls though. I could literally hear the people in the room above me every time they went to the bathroom. Could hear every conversation in the hallways, outside our window etc.
Good stay very noisy, comes with staying in the city though.
Located perfectly for our stay.
Small but adequate.
Good shower.

Many reviews mention the great location and the reasonable prices here, but visitors beware, this is the LOUDEST hotel I have EVER stayed in. You will hear the neighbors talking (at normal volume) thru the paper-thin walls. You will hear the footsteps in the room above you everytime they move. If you can sleep thru anything, this may be a good hotel choice, otherwise be advised that you’ll likely be awoken multiple times. For this reason I cannot recommend this hotel.
Only gave three stars because it was super noisy all night. The outside noise and upstairs and rooms next door. The walls are paper thin and the toilet made noises all night sounded like someone had explosive diarrhea ALL night. So bad plumbing IDK great area great hotel unless you need sleep.
Good location and clean room. Only down side is the room was very stuffy. No way to adjust the room temperature and the front desk didn’t lower it for us.
