The room are nice and clean. Staffs were friendly. The location is great! Too bad the property didn't have public bath like most of other Mitsui properties.

Clean room. The carpet flooring was a little bit odd in a lot of places. The WIFI was terrible. Check in / checkout process was very smooth. Baggage transfer was excellent.

Nice, great hotel overall that resides in an area of Roppongi where you can see and do a lot of things. Azabudai Hills is close by and Tokyo Tower is also fairly walkable. The staff were incredibly helpful in every way and even called a taxi for departure to the airport from there, which was very appreciated. Highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again!
