Excellent stay at Mitsui Garden Hotel Roppongi

The hotel was superb. The staff wre very polite and friendly and very helpful. The restaurant served the best eggs benedict breakfast I have ever had.I would highly recomend this hotel.

Tokyo Kick Start

Fantastic location close to Azabudai Hills and TeamLab Planets. Check-in is very efficient w automated options if you like. Hotel is well designed, secure and offers amenities like laundry and vending options. Wonderful Balcon restaurant & bar on roof is a must. Fitness is ok not great but you are on vacation & 2-3 gyms across street if you're getting competition ready! 😉

Beautiful lobby, staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice but a bit small by western standards, probably big by Japan standards. Room was very nice and clean, nice bathroom. Bed was a little too firm for me. Only 1 English Channel on TV - CNN, and sometimes it switches over to Japanese voiceover. Many shops, bars and restaurants within short walk.

Glad I booked this hotel

The room was modern and clean. The bed was very comfortable to sleep in. The bathtub and shower area were spacious and very nice. On the other hand, the closet was tiny. The location was very convenient. Minutes' walk from good restaurants in Roppongi. Couple of convenience stores within a hundred meters. A short walk to the subway. Easy to catch cabs outside the hotel. The main entrance is on the side street and is an unassuming one behind a wall to block off street noise (not that there were any). First time at this hotel. Stayed 3 nights. I would stay here again.

Friendly staff and great location! If you are thinking to take subway, the closest stop is Hibiya line (04). It's very convenient to both Ebisu and Ginza.

Very nice hotel and excellent staff. The rooms are a little small. For business travel it was rough not having a desk. My only complaint is that the hotel does not have laundry service. 2 coin operated machines that do the laundry fine, but a big hassle when you are in Tokyo and busy with meetings.
