I was charged a 50 dollar deposit twice, and never refunded it. I’ve never not gotten a deposit back. Attracts a bad crowd as well..

Not worth the money

The room wasn't cleaned well, there was a sticky film on furniture. Bathroom tub was very slippery. There was a charge to check in an hour early and the room was already available. Room smelled musty. The ac filters were filthy.

What I didn't like was the area that the Red Roof Inn was located near. But it was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

I had to buy my own sheets/ comforter and pillows to put on the bed as the linen was stained, there was cigarette burns on one of beds. The pillows had pinkish and brown stains on them. The lamp shades were dirty and stained. I booked the room for 4 and only had towels for two, and when asked for towels from front desk was told that they were out of towels at the front and would have to wait until housekeeping came around later in the day to get towels. So we had to share towels so that we could get on with our day as we had activities planned with family for the day. We only stayed as we were not able to secure accommodation else were on short notice and my stay here was non refundable.

Red Roof Inn -123rd Cicero I honestly don't recommend and will not return 😕 Mold on shower curtains Nets Odor - the carpet Iron but no iron board An Individual was allowed to come to our room with no key - let in front door. Tv didn’t work properly. Etc. FYI. Pictures 📸 on site makes it just look good. They need to do better.

The beds and pillows were really uncomfortable- the pillow was as thin as my pinky. Also, the rooms were filthy! our first room had a strange smell and the drawers all had dust and black marks in it. The nightstand also had crust marks on top

We stayed one night in the front building; found our room to be clean and neat; staff was friendly; location was convenient to our plans in the area. Plus, the price was right for our needs this trip. We would stay again (in the front building), if in the area.
