We loved the historic feel of the building right off the bat. The art deco vibe was very cool. Our room was huge as was the bathroom area. The bed was SO comfortable with lovely sheets. We both slept great! The location is 3 blocks from Millenium Park and close to the train and bus. The bartenders Renee and Ben were friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back!

The property is in a great location. It’s conveniently located near the CTA, less than 3mi from Millennial Park, and good restaurants. The property could use a few updates- tv, aesthetics, cleanliness etc. The front desk staff, bar and maintenance were all friendly and helpful.

Love this Hotel!

The bed was very comfortable. The bar service was very nice and quiet especially after a long day out in the city. Breakfast service was better than expected since we were the only ones there. Better breakfast sandwich than across the street and much more quiet!

Incredible stay from Seasoned hotel goer

This was one of my best hotel stays in years. The attention to detail was incredible. I’ve never had a more enjoyable stay. Will only stay at Pendry when in Chicago from now on. Good restaurants, great service, great drinks, great in-room dining, great location from everything, and great upgrades. It’s rare that I say you actually get what you pay for.

Great place for a small family

Front desk and concierge were extremely helpful. After breakfast hours, we were able to bring in food and eat at the tables for dinner; very convenient for a family with two toddlers. Location was excellent!
