The room is very spacious and well laid out. I liked everything about the room. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. Also the room temperature was pretty much perfect day and night. I stayed for a week. If I stay there again I will bring a china plate for warming up food and maybe some cutlery. Breakfast was excellent during the week but more basic on the weekend when the hotel was full of kids. The lobby could use a refresh but the price of the hotel was reasonable so no complaints there. Pick up and drop off for airport goes every 1/2 hour. For sure I will be back.

Michelle was truly a gem. She was accommodating, understanding, professional I had a few issues arise, and she handled them to the best of her ability without her, I would’ve checked out and went to a different hotel. I stayed strictly because of her.

When we arrived at the hotel, Zuma checked us in. She was so friendly and answered all of our questions. She made us feel really welcome. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast staff was friendly and kept everything stocked despite how busy it was. We would stay here again if in the area.

This was a very dirty hotel room, and did not look like the picture what so ever. It was loud, we needed more towels and toilet paper no one brought us any when I asked.
