Was not what I anticipated.

When I booked my stay I was willing to pay the price of the room after seeing the gorgeous pictures of the bathroom featuring a city/river view. When I got into my room there was no bathroom window, thus taking away the primary appeal of the room leaving me feeling upset. It is in my honest thoughts that the pictures provided for the room were deceitful and at the cost, this is a sad conclusion to come to. I could have stayed elsewhere for half the price and had a similar experience with a happier feeling walking away. Aside these facts, the bed was comfortable and everything was very clean! The hotel itself is phenomenal in its design and I would recommend this hotel to others after clarifying the issues I faced- it was still a wonderful place to stay.

I love it!!!! Everything, once you enter it smells like a spa, everything so clean, so beautiful. Amuse is an excellent option to a light breakfast, lunch or dinner. The elevators were fast, the gym was complete with a lounge space… just beautiful. Our room was very spacious and with a million dollar view to the Navy Pier. The housekeeper just did an excellent job taking care of our room. This was a mother-daughter trip and I recommend this hotel 200%.

Love our stay here. Stay for 5 days 4 nights with a toddler and it was a great experience. All the staff are amazing! So sweet. Only bas experience we had was when we got lock out of our room because the door guard somehow was put up, seem a little suspicious. Overall everything else was great. Will definitely come back again.

Live the eco friendly orientation of Swissotel and friendly staff! Everyone was a pleasure to deal with! There is a recycling bin in the room, ceramic coffee mugs, glas wine glasses, … no none reusable plastic! A few things to consider. We had room 701, which is right behind the elevator. I don’t recommend getting any of the rooms in proximity of the elevator. It’s loud every time the elevator moves. Although we can appreciate that they charge for silverware $3/set as many people order in, there is no vegan food on the menu. Even if we wanted to, we couldn’t eat there. Unfortunately the food we ordered came without silverware. Don’t see that we would pay $6, hence used our fingers.
