We loved that it was very close to the pier. It was clean and quiet for the most part though at times we could hear a dog barking but we knew that this location accommodates pet owners. I am allergic to pet dander and had no issues.

When checking in we each received a bottle of wine for each room. We loved the 5 o’clock free wine. All of the staff were friendly and the rooms were great. The beds were very comfortable.

Good but could be better

We booked this for its location and price for a 2 day trip to San Francisco. The hotel is clean, quirky and staff nice. Didn’t realise it didn’t have a bar and even more disappointing that coffee only available for couple of hours in the morning Would of liked that in the room

Our stay here was very pleasant overall, great staff and great rooms! Very clean and very comfortable! We had an issue with our black out curtain which was fixed while we went out to dinner ! The breakfast was pretty good a little pricey but luckily we had vouchers with our stay . The cafe never had any change either which was a minor inconvenience. The valet was super friendly and fast ! The location was pretty decent too , was able to walk to our Alcatraz tour and exploratorium tour . Tons of food nearby too ! Over all 4.5 / 5 stars ! Would definitely stay again next time we are in SF !!!
