My stay at the hotel was not an excellent experience. Front desk offered water bottles to the white people who checked in before us and not to us. I had to walk a few blocks to the closest drugstore to purchase a case of water bottles for my children. Our room was not cleaned everyday. It was upsetting to arrive to the hotel late at night and see the trash cans full of trash, unmade beds and the pile of dirty towels. The hotel also charges an “urban fee” everyday for “accommodations” which none were applied to my stay but they sure are quick about adding those to your card. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you’re looking to stay in Downtown Chicago.

Stay away

They put us in a room right above the rooftop bar. The music was so loud that the windows were vibrating. I don’t know why anyone would like to stay there. Needless to say, will never go back ever again. This was the must stupid thing any hotel has ever done to me.
