Place was amazing and nice. Room service was amazing the only thing I would say I didn’t like was the elevator. It would take a bit long to get down where I used. Other than that it was amazing stay.

Amazing location, clean and up to date room, but extremely cramped and tight quarters. Extremely slow elevators that you would need to wait several minutes for to go up or down. Walls seemed thin and it was very easy to hear things outside the room.

Strange feel walking in very small lobby and old fashioned elevator etc. hall way small and not that nice , like wood chip wall paper. Rooms on the small side but clean with comfortable beds. Bathroom again small but very nice with a fantastic shower. Hospital close buy so we did get a lot of noise during the night . All in for the money and if your looking just a place to sleep this hotel was fantastic value. Great location

The hotel was exactly what we were looking for! The amenities were more than what we needed. The fitness room was spacious and clean. The self service laundry was perfect for drying clothes after getting caught in a rainstorm. Great location for magnificent mile as well as the museum campus.

The lobby and the restaurant attached are deceiving. They are both beautiful but the rooms in the hotel are super small, there are 2 small elevators for all floors (waits can be long), and the rooms are clean but VERY basic (not even any art on the walls). Ok for 1 night stay, I guess but definitely not what I expected. Almost motel-like. However, the staff was great and the housekeeping staff were also great.

I can't believe how ridiculously small everything was in this property! The bathroom was a joke - you could barely move in there, let alone brush your teeth, use the toilet, and shower all at once. And don't even get me started on the bedrooms - one minute you're sweating, the next you're freezing. The air conditioner was a disaster, spewing out who knows what. Oh, and good luck finding the coffee pot hidden in some obscure corner. Let's not forget the elevators that seemed to take an eternity to arrive, only to find out they were basically closets with buttons. And the nerve to charge $72 for parking for just one night! Other hotels offer much better deals. I will never set foot in this place again, and I strongly advise against staying here. .
