Loved our stay here! Very quiet, clean, and spacious room! Staff at front desk were extremely kind and helpful. Perfect place to stay if wanting to commute to Chicago but not stay in the city.

Had to change rooms mid-stay, so didn’t have a room for a few hours. The new room didn’t have hot water in the shower, so called for service. No one ever showed up so called back an hour later and they told me it was a known issue so to start the shower 15 minutes before we needed to use it. Shower still didn’t get above Luke warm. Called again the next day to have it repaired. The engineer was great and fixed the problem, but still took a while to warm up.

Family Staycation was very nice! Dining options were satisfying. Customer service is exceptional. Heated pool and jacuzzi AAAHHHMAZING. They even have toys for the kids to play with in the water. The sauna in the locker room is another beautiful touch. We will definitely return.

Construction and kids running around all throughout the night to the early morning hours. Absolutely no room to utilize the amenities due to unsupervised children. Also mistakes from the bar not charging my card but to the room which caused issues with my bank due to the suspicious activity it caused. I’ve never stayed at a Westin so badly managed due to the event that took place over the weekend. Horrible holiday experience for visiting the area for the first time. I also paid for the amenities I didn’t even get a chance to use. I’m just highly upset with my experience.

It was very dirty. The bed sheets and all the bedding on the bed smelled dirty as soon as we came in. Towels in the bathroom with stains. Stains on the bed and carpet. It was not a clean hotel. I will never be returning to this property.
