I shouldn't be able to hear people walking around in the room above me. I was supposed to stay for 3 nights, but left after the 2nd night because it sounded like a herd of elephants running back and forth late into the night and early in the morning. I did not sleep well. On a positive note the room was nice and clean. I just couldn't enjoy it.

No towels or soap in the room, After we picked them up from the front desk and went back to the room we realized there was no shower curtain. Tried to call the front desk, neither of the phones in the room worked. Went back to the front desk for the shower curtain and were told they could give us a shower curtain and we could hang it ourselves or we could pack up our stuff and move to a different room. There was no one to put up the curtain. The front desk attendant was very rude.

Air conditioning/heating was easy to adjust- a must for elderly couple. Floor was uneven in a section of the room but did not pause a significant problem. FD staff members were knowledgeable and efficient- some with warmth and positive engagement added in. Andre in housekeeping (?) provided excellent assistance.

I will not be returning ever!

I cannot understand why the hotel would put someone me who is by myself on the first below below a family with little children. That was absolutely thoughtless and inconsiderate. I dealt with noise and banging above me the entire stay. I spoke to the front desk several times. I killed 2 bugs and the bathroom smelled like someone was smoking in there, but your hotel says no smoking. My room was right by the exit door so I heard everyone's conversation. I am so disappointed and upset!
