Wonderful location on the Suwannee River. Close to Manatee Springs and the Gulf. So happy to be able to bring and dock a boat. Boat ramp is 2 minutes down the road. The neighbors were extremely friendly. The house was clean and spacious enough for our large group. The only downside to our stay is that one room with a King bed was extremely warm while the rest of the home was nice and cool. It would not cool down enough, to the point that we opted to sleep on an air mattress next to the kitchen instead of in that room after the first night. Besides that, we could not be happier with our stay!

Needs to fixed ice machine on 2 floor .been broken for a year.

We unfortunately had a house fire and we needed a place to stay. They have been so helpful. They are making our stay perfect and we appreciate them. They are affordable, they accepted our doggies. The kids get to escape and play in the pool.

Great place to stay at. Owners were very welcomimg upon arrival. Everything you need to stay during your trip. Will be booking again in the future

Rustic, vintage vibe, very spacious. We enjoyed a lot. Had a lovely family time. New great memories created.

I was looking for a place to stay when my van broke down. I ended up getting some peaceful rest at Sandie’s. She's a great host, and I will be back. I really enjoyed my stay there. A nice, clean, quiet place to visit. Thank you Sandie!
