Typical hotel free breakfast, nothing bad about it in general. Just not a fan of hotel breakfast

I love staying here when I visit my family. The service is great, the facility is immaculate. The gym is great and the breakfast options are surprisingly healthy. I really appreciate the fresh oatmeal and toppings as opposed to the instant packets. The one thing is making sure that the pet area is stocked with pet waste bags, and maybe has someone from the hotel pick up the leftovers every few days. (Not everyone does pick up after themselves, and it gets frustrating.)

Room was very clean and smelled nice. The front desk called to make sure the room was up to my standard. I've never had that happen before in all my travels and it was much appreciated. Good job!

Very roomy! We had a fairly large gathering for Thanksgiving - the kitchen had plenty of space to cook in and the open layout allowed us to visit, play games and watch football all day without carrying too much noise.Beds & furniture were very comfortable. Everything was clean. The house is in a quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed our time at Chesapeake Place!
