This served a purpose of staying for a conference but next time I will pay for a better hotel. The breakfast didn’t have hardly anything with a sticky note nothing else was available. They called me on my second day when I booked two nights that I didn’t check out on time after 1 night and then blamed orbitz as the issue. I had to show them my confirmation for two nights and they had charged two nights. I wouldn’t stay here again. Maybe update the bathroom when you update the rest of the room.

I loved the beautiful surroundings of the pool area, and the garden gazebo out back. I was disappointed the hot tub was luke warm and that the jets did not work. I was disappointed that they did not serve breakfast Sunday Morning without notice the day before.

A light bulb in the vanity was burned out, the telephone appeared to not work and the tv remote was missing a back. The floor of the room needed to be swept or vacuumed as there was dirt on it. Also the carpet in the hallway was dirty. It was loud and I was a little worried about security.

The room was clean but there were many spots where it has not been cleaned. No one showed up to make the continental breakfast so we were given a $20 credit that was not even enough to buy breakfast. Will not stay at Red Lion again.

Almost exceptional

Room was very roomy. Interior looks new. Bed is comfortable. Room was clean except the floor felt sticky and little bit dirty if you barefoot in the room and found pet fur even though I asked for a pet free room.

The room was not cleaned properly, makeup on the floor which my dog found and started licking it up and got sick. No hot water would come out of the shower even after letting it run for a few minutes. The sink on the outside of the bathroom was plugged.

There were kids running around the halls screaming late at night. There was a man with a confederate flag towel at the pool. We ate dinner at the restaurant and it took almost 2 hours to get the food. When it did come it wasn’t good.

Property appears nice on the surface. If you look at any area a little closer you will notice it is dirty. Carpets throughout appear in dire need of a vacuum and shampoo.

It was good, but the room temperature was all over, they need to update there ac system. I’ve stayed here many times and it’s like that in all the rooms it’s either really cold or hot but always humid. The beds ain’t that comfortable either. But service is good, roomy, and clean.
