Older, Smaller, Hotel, with small parking lot

I was in town for the Idaho State High School Rodeo Finals. Things in the room were ok. Had daily & nightly issues with the key cards working on the exterior doors and room door. The tv remote didn’t work very well, even after getting new batteries. The parking lot was extremely small and was a pain in the rear end with getting in and out of the parking lot with a full sized crew cab pickup! Staff was very friendly and helpful

We went for the HS rodeo finals & all the pictures on Google showed a pool & we went & they closed their pool. I had very sad kids. And their parking SUCKS especially for bigger vehicles/trucks.

The front desk attendant was not professional at all. She was kind in a weird sort of way, but constantly in the back room, often with her headphones on and couldn't hear/react to the desk bell. The hallways and room had an odor. The bath fixtures were very loose, and the sink drain was poorly adjusted to empty the sink. Worse item was the breakfast area, which was extremely tight for the patrons. The food was fair, not great. We will definitely NOT stay there again.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this hotel. We really enjoy staying here. The breakfast is great and my daughter likes the pool and waterslide. The last time we stayed there were a lot of families in the pool. It was a bit overcrowded since we were there over Spring Break. Some guests sat where we had our towels and belongings and they also brought food in the pool area even though there was a sign on the door that said, no food allowed. I was annoyed that some guests think they are above the rules. The hotel and staff are so helpful and kind and plan on staying here again in the future!

Overall good

Upon check in we were notified there wasn't any gym but when I booked this hotel it advertised there is a gym. We were also noticed there isn't any pool right now. These things shouldn't be advertised if they aren't available. I specifically booked this hotel for the gym. Overall our stay was good.
