Carla was hunched over her phone and literally was standing in front of her until she looked up to greet me- not the automatic door that opened just steps away that alerted my entrance. Then she proceeded to answer the phone and instead of putting that person on a brief hold- she continued to make hand gestures or write things on a piece of paper of the items she needed for my check in process. Room was clean and comfortable even though you can see the years of wear on the hotel.

There was no mention that the pool and hot tub is no longer avaliable. That was partly why i booked there .

Staff was wonderful. Breakfast and cookies in the evening fantastic. The property and rooms need some upgrading and TLC. It was clean but furniture, bedspread, walls need painted, carpet old and stained. Overall, my stay was pleasant.

Arrived Late and Left Refreshed!

We arrive at 1:45 am after driving from NM and checked in, the attendant at the front desk was super kind. He proceeded to let us know we can call front desk before noon to request late check out. ( we didnt need to however i really appreciated the gesture). We stay in room 109, a handicapable room. The sheets on the beds are so soft like butter and the atmosphere put us straight to bed, we woke up at 9am and were fully refreshed to continue our travels again. The lady in the morning greeted us joyfully ad we lefy and said thank you as well!!!

Great Morning Staff

Our room as fine, the bathroom was terrible. The drains in both our sink and shower barely drained and the bathroom was in serious need of maintenance beyond that. On a positive note, the morning staff was fantastic! Friendly, attentive and we even witnessed one of them handle a difficult situation with grace and kindness. Impressive especially when your motel is filled primarily with teenage track athletes during the SIMPLOT Games.
