Couldn't go as unable to drive .... A foot of snow across Ohio, Governor said stay home, and level 3. Both the hotel and Expedia refused to refund or even allow me to reschedule. Won't be using either one again.

The rooms were clean. The breakfast was phenomenal. The pool and hot tub were both open the evening. Staff were really fun and friendly the morning guys a little grumpy but overall great stay for a budget for sure.

Wouldn’t recommend this establishment to anyone. I will never stay at another Best Western. Staff was not accommodating and disrespectful. Dirty. We left and continued our stay at Drury Inn and Suites, which I highly recommend.

The room was ok for a quick sleep. The pool was so full of chemicals my skin literally burned within minutes. My kids also had a skin reaction and were unable to use the pool. The breakfast bar was way better than anticipated. Would stay again just for that!

Immediately upon entering our 3 rooms we noticed bed bugs and blood stains on the sheets. We packed up our family of 11 and Thad to come up with a new solution at 11pm. Upon talking with the front desk and insisting we get our money back, he showed me that he listed in a notebook our name, room numbers and the issues we had. I noticed others on the same list that mentioned bed bugs and cleanliness issues.
