Check out was at 11 am … why did house keeping try to come into my room without knocking.. they couldn’t come in bc the door stopper. I opted out of house keeping & yet they came in while we were gone & half ass did the house keeping… literally made one bed , didn’t bring extra towels , took the towels we did have. Everything was great! When walking in, it smells great, check in was easy even with the credit card machine issue. They were very apologetic for this. The breakfast had lots of options and refilled when getting low. While out, housekeeping came in and refreshed our towels and made our bed with our pillows and blankets that we brought with us and made it special just for us!

This Hotel was clean, comfortable and convenient. I've stayed at this location several times and each time it's been great for my needs. Staff were all pleasant. Hot tub and pool were definitely a great amenity.

The place looked clean, but there was a funny smell in our room. Also there was a ton of kids going crazy in the pool area all weekend so we didn't get the opportunity to use that area at all!
