I want a full refund! We didn’t stay a half hour! The air conditioner didn’t work in our room, the whole place smelled of smoke, the hallway and lobby had no air conditioning, and the other room had mold on the curtains. We left right away. Please Expedia, get me a refund.

Worst Hotel Stay Ever

The room was dirty. Walking around barefoot my feet became black on the bottom. There were cigarette burns on our bedspread. No sheets for the sofa bed anywhere in the room. There were numerous hairs in the shower. The “heated” pool was ice cold. The air conditioning didn’t work in the bedroom.

The hotel in general and our room specifically was nasty. The room reeked of the smell of cigarette and marijuana use even though it was a non-smoking facility. The smoke smell aggravated both mine and one of me daughter’s asthma. We spent $100 on air fresheners and diffusers and had to sleep with all of the windows open. The toilets would not flush if you put toilet paper in them and the area felt very unsafe. On the first night there, a large argument which sometimes turned physical broke out in the parking lot right outside of our window with very vulgar language being screamed at each other, car doors slamming repeatedly and people pushing, swinging at and physically restraining other people. Law enforcement was never called by management even though they were aware and the parties were never asked to leave. This went on from 1:30 am to 3:45 am preventing snyine in our room from sleeping and my daughters had an 8:00 tournament game the next morning. The room was so dirty that we would have slept in the car if the neighborhood hadn’t have felt so unsafe. Every hotel in the area was full so we couldn’t change hotels.

One of the smallest TV's I'm used to seeing a hotel room any longer. However the main problem with the TV/room was that some light fixtures were missing bulbs and some of the light fixtures were missing lamp shades, namely two light fixtures immediately to the left and right of the TV that make it uncomfortable to view with them on. Aside from that the hotel is nice, the staff is friendly, and the area surrounding is easy to find good food in.

This hotel was horrific, roaches and other bugs all over the place. Elevator was disgusting. The beds had stains all over the sheets, stains on the towels. Smoking and loud music on the 3rd floor. We booked for 2 nights, tried to cancel our 2nd night and the staff wouldn't give us a refund. We ended up leaving and will dispute the charge with our credit card company.

The wall fixtures was falling out of the wall, out sheets and towels were dirty. Clumps of hair on the bathroom floor and the wall of the shower. We also received a wake up call at 7am when we did not request one. The waffle machine did not cook multiple peoples waffles all the way though and the sausage gravy was watery with no sausage. When we asked for new towels the guy was on the phone and gave us an attitude.

Do not stay here!

Hotel was terrible. You walk in the front door and the pot smell was so strong, it had no smoking signs all over but obviously nobody enforced it. The hotel is dirty, the carpets are disgusting. The bathroom floor was wet and the tiles moved around when you walked on it. It was musty and just dirty. I was unable to cancel said I needed to talk with the manager. Got the run around from them, stopped in twice when they said the manager, would be there and was conveniently not there. Shading deals being done, cheaper rooms if you had cash yet they wouldn’t refund my money. Worst experience ever!

Idk how this property got such high rating. The pics are very deceiving because when I walked in the hotel it was dated. Bad. They had fake plants in pots with dust so heavy you could hardly tell what you were looking at. There was a musty smell as well. The hotel has “continental” breakfast but no eggs, sausage or bacon and the tiny muffins they had were stale. They only had two kinds of cereals and they didn’t taste fresh either. Huge disappointment and a waste of my money.
