Room didn’t have any towels, went downstairs and asked the front desk for towels they said I could only have one.
The room smelled of mold, found multiple spots of mold growing
Found stains on bedding.
I paid for a king size bed, when I went to check in I was told that room wasn’t available anymore, and got put in a smoking room that had two small beds which is not what I paid for, when I asked about getting some sort of a credit due to the room change he told he couldn’t do anything and to have a nice day. Very unkind, unhelpful, poor customer service.
The conditions of this hotel are atrocious! We didn't stay for even a night, it was that bad. Black mold, smelled like smoke in non-smoking rooms, broken down beds, holes in walls and furniture, etc. Hotels.com shouldn't even offer this hotel on their website.
I didn't stay there, used the app to get a non smoking room with a bigger room. When I went to check in, the guy at the desk said he only had one smoking room. The website showed multiple rooms available. He offered to let me see the room before we checked in. When I went in the room the putrid cigarette smoke was too overwhelming and the toilet was running constantly. I told him I couldn't stay there and he said no problem, call Hotels.com and they will call the hotel, he would tell them I didn't stay and the charge would be refunded. I used the chat option to contact customer service and they tried to call the hotel. The person at the chat said someone picked the phone up and it got disconnected. I told her he was there as it was watching the desk guy from my car through the window. The desk guy told the customer service representative that I cannot get a refund, totally lied to me.
I didn't book a smoking room. I didn't stay at the hotel. The desk worker told me to go ahead and try to get the charge reversed with my credit card in a taunting way. Finally when I told the chat person that I would be filling a complaint with the state, she disconnected the chat. Not sure I will use this app again. They are advertising rooms that not available.
Aweful beds were hard and unsleepable there was roaches in the bathroom and the tub looked super bad the pain was peeling off and suspicious red stains on the shower curtain and the wall do not recommend
It was very dirty ashes in the drawers floor was dirty, no ashtrays in a smoking room’s cigarette butts all over outside, like they stand outside there door and smoke and then toss it. The TV could have better selections promised $100 a night not even 24 hours!
The man running front desk was very not business like while we was there another visitor asked for clean towels he told them no he was asking themhe was very rude to us over the bank card issue the bed was nothing but springs had dirty floors wont be staying there again only reason my mother in law is in the hospital mercy health anderson
