Everything was great. Extended our stay and the staff made that easy as well. Next visit to Florida will stay here

The room was clean and the staff was amazing

So La Quinta is our go to when we travel anywhere. This one I didn’t expect anything less. The property itself is in need of some love. Everything is fully functional, but the paint along the pool deck is peeling, the bathtub in the room, same thing peeling. The breakfast staff was rude and often times seems annoyed with her job. She would just push through you and not say excuse me. If you did something she didn’t like she would yell across the small dining room for you to fix whatever the problem was. I know you cannot control all the guests, but we did encounter another guest who proceeded to smoke on the pool deck when the signs were clearly posted no smoking, only in designated areas.

Do not stay here! Can’t believe the score they achieved…. Definitely not true…. Absolutely disgustingly dirty and my 1am bathroom stop was welcomed with scattering cockroaches everywhere! Carpet is disgustingly and the smoke alarm just randomly went off continuously… Will not be staying there ever again!

When my flight was delayed an entire day I had spoken to someone who said it couldn't be reinstated for the following day. Once an Expedia agent called and spoke to Rebecca she did everything that could be done in her shift to help ensure they could have a room, whilst being transparent about the fact . Upon arrival I spoke with Taylor and all I needed to say was that I was an awkward position when she not only immediately knew who I was but was able to have a room ready, clean and available for what was a very early check in. They and other staff had continued to be very helpful and friendly throughout the rest of my stay. I, personally, think that Rebecca and Taylor specifically deserving of a raise for all they do.
