Overall nice hotel but the room was definitely way too small, amenities are okay, staff is not friendly besides one of the bartenders sadly one good employee doesn’t do the rest justice. Nice amenities, gym, bar and roof top pool. All of it on the smaller side so expect it to be a bit crowded. Felt a bit overpriced for what the room was..

Very clean, they also have shuttles to take u back a fourth to the beaches & etc..$10

Check-in was chaotic, the room was not ready, the app for online check-in did not work, the room was considerably smaller than depicted, hotel staff were indifferent and forgetful. Valet service was good.

Nobody answers the phones, they don't provide clean, sheets, or towels, pools disgusting, the rooms are disgusting, I've left several reviews I could go on and on

A historic hotel in St Pete that is on the National Register, this property has a lot to steward. We wanted something different than the usual chains, which it provided in part. A better breakfast and drinks in the evening would lift the energy and charm of this place.
