Room hopping

Had to change room 4 times. First 2 rooms did not have a functioning TV. Third room had a toilet that wouldn't flush. Fourth room was nice, but loud music in adjoining room.

Overall we were not impressed with this comfort inn. We’ve stayed in comfort inns before and they’ve always been very nice, but this one is not the case. Our room itself was ok thought there was no mini fridge. In the hallway there was a general smell. Almost kind of like chlorine/kinda musty but subtle. Even on the second floor where there was no pool. People were playing loud party music and later at night/in the morning the hallways had a new smell of pot. Overall we were disappointed and will not stay here again.

So so stay

Room was nice but TV service wasn't available until the day before checking out . Had people over my room with kids that ran around over our head until 12am even when front desk asked them to stop . Wasn't one of my best stays.

The night staff at the front desk was very rude & unprofessional! I have stayed twice before & each time no one was there to check me in or the gentleman was visible sleeping! After I called Him out for waiting for about 30 minutes he refused to check me in & told me I was Lying.
