Convenient to Sunway mall and attractions

Big clean room but lobby area can be very noisy. Gym and pool access is not straightforward and requires a fairly long walk to Sunway Lagoon hotel. Gym is rather small. Hotel is great for access to the shopping mall and eateries. Not for a quiet stay.

Been staying at this hotel for many times. Malls have been redesigned since our last trip oct 24. Always enjoy staying in Sunway pyramid. Staffs attitude make one fill comfortable. It was good and now is better. Will be back again
