This was our first stay at this location as we were in town for a family members funeral in Amherst. Upon arrival and check in (Friday evening 10/24/25) things went very smoothly, and the front desk attendant who's name I have forgotten, was extremely pleasant and helpful! Our room was very clean and neat upon entering and we were very pleased with the layout of it. We are grateful for the opportunity to stay at this location! We will also utilize it for future trips back home as needed in the future and will highly recommend it to family and friends who may need accommodations in the area as well! A great stay! Property was very nice and convenient to where we needed to be to visit family. Property has a modern look and looks like more renovations are taking place. Carpets in hallway need to be replaced they look dirty. Rooms are very spacious and quite comfortable including beds. Would be an excellent choice if needed for an extended stay. I had the feeling they had some extended residency there. Our only complaint which staff couldn’t really couldn’t do anything about was the person above us, very heavy footed constantly walking around so loud felt like they were stomping. Ask for fourth floor when booking. Breakfast could be better

The room itself was okay. The carpeting in the hallways (at least on the 2nd floor) was very dirty. As for the room, I liked that the bed was placed away from the door and was comfortable. But, as soon as I went to bed for the evening, I heard a recurring noise that sounded like an air compressor just below me. It ran ALL NIGHT LONG on for 15 seconds off for 30 seconds. I asked if someone was working in the room below, and was told "no." My room was on the 2nd fl. (Room 220) overlooking (of course) a small roof with a couple of vent stacks. I should have changed rooms, but it was too late in the evening.

The room was clean and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed. The breakfast was great and staff kept it filled. There was limited parking for the number of guests due shipping containers in the parking lot.

Second visit

Second visit to this hotel for a funeral…again. Very compassionate staff. Hotel is undergoing renovation so there are some minor inconveniences. Did not really affect us. Dog friendly was a plus. Breakfast is of very good quality and changed both days with plenty of options. Best coffee! Staff was wonderful. Grounds are being updated as well. Looks great so far. Only con was the very slippery pool tiles. Wrong tile for that area. Shower and restroom was a plus. Our room was very comfortable and well appointed. Bed was sooo comfortable
