Tried to tell me at check in that I had booked a double bed but were upgrading me to a queen at no charge when I had in fact booked a king room. I was told they were completely booked and nothing could be done until I provided my receipt confirming my king room confirmation. All of a sudden a room was found. The room itself was fine other than the smell of a plug in type air freshener that had a very unpleasant smell. For an extended stay it has absolutely nothing in the room for cooking or dining. No coffee pot or utensils not even a paper cup. If you need a place to sleep, shower and go it is fine but don’t expect anything more including breakfast or complimentary coffee.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! We checked in for our stay for a National cheer competition in the area. That I'm sure the facility was aware of. Alot of confusion with rooms and people being double booked and even having others get key the others rooms and enter with young girl athletes. Absolutely unacceptable. Upon morning with grab and go breakfast that we were aware would be limited but still satisfied with upon booking to our surprise they were out of everything at 640am (open at 630am) when my family of 5 and another young athlete staying with us made our way to enjoy a yogurt or granola bar or even a piece of fruit before heading to our location. For it being in such a location with other hotels surrounding you would think youd be more aware of events taking place in the area and be prepared for such things as a business. Train staff better to keep your guests safe during their stay and prevent double booked rooms, allowing strangers to enter rooms that are occupied. Do not stay here!!!!!

The house keeping staff knocked on the door at 9:00 am checking to see if we are still there. This just wasn’t acceptable. There has to be a better way than knocking on our door when we were still sleeping. Just not acceptable!!

The floors were dirty. When we took off our shoes our socks were filthy. Had a pull out couch and no linens. When I went down to ask for linens, there was a line of patrons needing towels and linens. Eight people. I overheard one patron say she needed seven towels for the seven people staying in their room and the front desk person would only give them 4 towel limit. People shared towels? Gross. I asked for linens for the pull out couch and the front desk person gave me four sheets and when I asked for a blanket he rolled his eyes and said “I gave you plenty of sheets.” The room was very outdated and walls were thin. Loud and could hear people running in the halls all night. They do not offer breakfast. A granola bar, muffin or coffee. That was the “breakfast.” Awful experience!

The power wasn’t working properly in the first room. They were giving us a hard time to accommodate us to a new room and when we did get accommodated into a new room, it smelled like mold, and there was water dripping from the ceilings.

Overall nice, dirty feet, and no grab and go br.

The staff were very friendly. I wish I could give 5 stars but after exiting the shower only to see 30 mins later that I had black feet due to the carpet, I was disappointed. The breakfast was grab and go which I was okay with, I wasn’t okay with the limited options and one of the mornings during breakfast hours to find only 2 boiled eggs and coffee.

When first checked in, room we were given was already occupied by another guest. We had to wait at least 15 minutes to get another room while the front desk person said he was going to look at the first room but never did. They ran out of "continental breakfast" all 3 days we stayed. The floor in the hotel room was filthy. Was only given 1 towel, wash cloth, etc to bath a family of 5. They only had one staff member working the whole building.
