Smelly Cleveland!

It was loud from the traffic to the dumpster being emptied! The bathroom door didn’t work well and we had to force it closed! The hotel is beautiful and located within walking distance to everything. Cleveland its self is going down hill with all the pot smoking going on!

Front desk staff are amazing!

This place was wonderful! A huge shoutout to the front desk staff who really made the stay for a wedding in town amazing. They made us all feel seen and like friends, even with FIVE different wedding guest groups staying this weekend.

The hotel is on the opposite side of the street if you are coming from the highway. Great location, wonderful staff, and sizable room. It's just a few steps to Progressive Field.

Classy but reasonable

Loved the hotel! Seemed very reasonable for being right in downtown Cleveland. Parking was expensive at $52/night, but the valet service was relatively fast. Nearby to lots of ice cream and coffee shops, and the neighborhood felt safe.

The bathroom was fantastic! Two separate entrances with two separate sinks and a great shower! The whole room was great, will look for Kimpton hotels next time I travel

Overall, our staff experience was quite satisfactory, and the hotel itself was generally pleasant. However, we encountered an issue with the room we booked, which featured a handicap-accessible bathroom. Unfortunately, whenever we would use the facilities, the entire bathroom became soaked, making it quite uncomfortable. When we reached out to the front desk to request a room change and also sought assistance from room service to help clean up the water, we were disappointed to find that no help was provided. This lack of response truly affected our stay.

Checked in and sink was clogged. Pillow case had a rip in it. The hotel plugs by bed would not support a phone charger, and the hotel was extremely loud. Traffic noise required the ear plugs and noise maker they provided.

Not a fan of the non existent parking….as there was not any. If there is an event going on when you check in pay for the valet, definitely worth it rather than the hassle of finding parking. Something I wish I’d knew prior to arrival.
