I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and always helpful, making the experience even better. Breakfast was delicious. They also offer coffee and tea throughout the day, so you never run out of options. Overall, a cozy and convenient place to stay!

It took 4 tries to get in our room. They had to switch rooms because the key pad wouldn’t work. No hot water in the shower. Shower had hair all over it and the shower curtain looked dirty. Was a disappointment. Was really looking forward to a hot shower. Got Luke warm at best. Will not come here again

The shower was barely warm. Cleveland in December required hot water. I ran it for a long time and didn’t warm up enough to shower comfortably. Everything else was fine

Hello My assigned room did not have running water and did not have hot water the following morning. While I was offered access to another room to shower, this resulted in a delay that caused me to be late to a scheduled professional meeting. Given that water and hot water are fundamental amenities, the service paid for was not delivered as expected. For this reason, I am formally requesting a full refund for the night of my stay. During check in the clerk seemed more interested in a personal conversation with a coworker than in taking care of customers. He then became extremely rude when the magnetic keys he gave me wouldn't work, three times. The maintenance worker verified it was due to a faulty lock mechanism. The clerk was not too pleased and informed me he would change my room, "this one time" as if I'd caused the problem. This was enough to make me want to walk away, except, it was 15 degrees outside. The room's bathroom was extremely clean but the rugs were not properly vacuumed. I found two coins and a small potato chip besides a chair. The bed was comfortable and sheets appeared very clean. The breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs and sausage patties, neither of which seemed very appetizing. The coffee was kept hot and fresh. Perhaps what truly amazed me was that while it snowed both nights I spent there, neither the parking lot nor the front entrance were ever shoveled. Salt was spread but it just created slush which the patrons dragged indoors. I guess "you get what you pay for" and needless to say I will NEVER return to this location.

The first room they put me in the tv was rocking back and forth and was not stable and could not watch it and then they moved me into a new room with a tv that only half the screen worked

The bathroom (toilet/tub room) had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. Dried urine was on the back of the toilet behind the lid hinges. Dirt and small brownish clumps had collected at the floor at the top of the tub. The ledge surrounding the ledge of the tub was covered in dust. We used toilet paper to cover the toilet seat and did not use the shower.
