Room wreaked of stale smoke and my key card had to be reset several times in two days. The overall condition of the hotel was fair at best. It was close to the airport and car rental center, but I'll be looking to stay elsewhere in the future. Folks at the front desk were friendly and helpful.

The staff was all very friendly and accommodating. Our room seemed recently updated and was clean. The whole hotel seemed in good condition. The area, though, is run down and a bit sketchy with homeless and addicts somewhat nearby. The property parking lot is fenced in, though, and no public restrooms are available, which helps keep it safer. We felt okay staying there with our two kids and baby.

The room was filthy! The bed comforters and sheets were covered in random stains. The bath towels were dingy and random strains of hair covered the shower walls. Check in was easy but I’d never stay here again.

Hot water didn’t work well on day 1, day 2 it worked better. Room was clean, but bedding was stained and bathroom shower Floor seemed like it was cracked. Room door had water damage at the bottom. Hotel was very full on night 1 as well so the hot water may have been a capacity issue.

When I walked into the room, my first order of business is to check everything. I noticed that the toilet was not cleaned, there was a black water line and the seat was dirty, also the toilet paper roll was empty. Ok no problem I get soap and water to clean the toilet and the seat broke, the screw holding the seat was stripped. I go downstairs, clerk is completely unbothered, no problem, I am understanding that sometimes making a big deal of other peoples issues keeps personnel from getting stressed out. I am all about personal peace. Anyhow, the maintenance guy comes to fix the toilet, and while he is there, I noticed the bed , dirty, brown spots etc, I called him over to see and he said he will bring me clean sheets, by now my trust had gone completely out the window, I tell him I want new everything, new pillowcase, and all sheets changed, he did accommodate my request. I asked him to leave some cleaning spray and I started cleaning the toilet, sink and bathroom. When I got to the shower, I cannot explain what I found in the shower grate, all I know is that I was yelling, “this f… place is nasty” I was queasy in my stomach and I felt sick, I had already asked to be moved when I saw the bed and I was told that all the rooms were filled. I should have gotten out of there but we were tired. After all of this my trust was gone, we spent 1 night and I was queasy the entire time. They served breakfast I refused to eat anything there.
