Don't stay here! It's not worth your safety

Well to start, there was too much riffraff at night and we didn't feel safe at night. The "party girls" were everywhere. One room in particular had some major yelling going on. We didn't sleep good that first night. We had issues with our main door not opening when we used our key card. The back wall where the head of the beds are at had no electricity but the other wall did. So finding a place to charge our cell phones was a challenge. The toilet was so small it felt like a kiddy toilet. The tub was very bad, it had erosion and rust everywhere, so no showers for us. 1 small trash can at the front of the door no trash can for the bathroom. One good thing out of this was the maintenance gentleman that was on duty from Fri thru Sun was very helpful, friendly and kind. That is the reason they have any stars from us.

The room was nice and large enough to be able to walk around comfortable. The bed was comfortable, only wish they had a blanket on it since it got a little chilly and more pillows. For only a one-night stay, it was good and reasonable price for our trip.

Small room for what they call “deluxe” The room smelt awful at check-in, so I complained. I was told that a person was staying with a dog in that room, and no other room was available. I had to spend money buying an air freshener, even though the smell of wet dogs did not disappear. They do not clean the room or change towels unless requested at the reception, but no one tells you that. The toilet seat was broke, the water tap was leaking, and people partied outside until 4:30am, smoking and drinking.

Cleaning service terrible, both nights only left 1 bath towel, had to go get another after I complained the first night because of a dirty q-tip in a chair, safe not working, and the lack of towels. Came back that night with the same thing.

The staff were wonderful. The late night partying of other guests was awful. Had to call the front desk for noise complaint at 12pm. Called the cops at 4:43am the same night for blaring car radio. Totaly inconsiderate. The room door axtra security lock was broke and first hole in the wall. Cheap , buy next time I'll pay more for lodging so I'm safer.

we checked in and TV was on with volume high. We could not find remote control to turn it off and buttons on TV didn't work. We had to argue with the maid who barely spoke english to get a replacement remote control, and also for an extra roll of toilet paper and wash cloths. Probable bed bugs as my wife and I both received welts on our exposed skin which we still have at this point. Police were called in middle of the night because another tenant had his seismic car stereo blaring at 4 AM in the morning. We think he was asked to leave. We didnt' realize this motel catered to such clientelle as the area didn't seem that seedy otherwise but after that episode we wondered if drug deals were going on outside. Several rooms were being serviced and hotel not at full capacity.

The first thing I noticed walking in the room was the strong smell of cigarette smoke. This is supposed to be a smoke free facility. Small attention to details was lacking. No soap except in the shower. The clock, phone, and microwave had a slimy feel. We wore our shoes because the floor wasn't real clean. The sink, commode, and shower were nice and clean. We had a handicap room, but there two steps off the parking lot. It was ADA compliant once in the room. Another guest said they found a bed bug. I would NOT recommend this motel. There are other places to stay nearby.
