Was disappointed when I booked my reservation it said I would have access to the continental breakfast but when I tried it was an additional list I had to be on, so I felt that was a bit misleading.

The room was not serviced. No one came to check amenities which we found unacceptable. We were lacking coffee, water and toiletries as we were staying multiple nights. Our server in the restaurant in the lobby was abrupt and rude, telling us we had a time limit as “her kitchen” would be closing in 10 minutes. The market in the lobby was not accommodating in regards to hours. Not open at 8:30 am on a Saturday morning we found strange. Lastly, the adjoining room beside us was very disruptive and caused us to place a noise complaint at 3 am.

I did not eat breakfast (though I ate a complimentary donut and enjoyed same). But, every single staff person I encountered was faultlessly friendly, helpful, and cheerful. One was even from my home town. The room was clean and spacious and the linens were as expected. I will for sure be back on my next trip to CLE.

Clean room with a good view. I really appreciated being able to park in the garage and being able to go straight to my floor from the garage elevator. Staff was great and it’s in the perfect location if you want to enjoy the Broadway experience.
