Love staying here. Location was perfect as we could walk every where from restaurants, shops and beach. Only negative was outside noise at night. Room was facing the slingshot so heard all the screaming

Hotel staff are amazing, my VIP status was recognised and I was given a massive room upgrade. There were some issues with housekeeping where someone tried entering my room at 8am however the manager was amazing and took care of this issue. The only negative is that there’s a lot of renovations happening at the hotel and the spa area etc is out of action, also breakfast is very average for a Novotel, the “new” coffee machine is terrible. Otherwise the staff at the hotel were amazing and a special shoutout to Kay who always had a smile on her face at breakfast time.

Loved everything about the place.... our room was spacious, view was spectacular as was the weather ;) .... staff were lovely and so helpful! If I had to say anything the bathroom was a little outdated but did the job so not complaining... just compared to the rest of the facilities was a bit noticeable! Here’s your review tailored specifically for Expedia, within their 1500-character limit and style: ⸻ Not Worth the Price – Disappointing Stay We stayed at Novotel for 7 nights in a “Deluxe Sea View” room on Level 18. The view was okay, but there was nothing deluxe about the room—just laminated flooring. Definitely not worth the extra cost. The hotel overall is very dated and in desperate need of an upgrade. It’s marketed as 4-star, but aside from the location, it’s more like a 3-star property. Noise from nearby nightclubs was a big issue—music blasted until 4 AM. After a few sleepless nights, we requested a move and were placed on Level 35, which was quieter, but the room was still tired and outdated. We were also disappointed to learn (only 3 days before departure) that the pool was closed during the day for renovations. If we had known earlier, we would’ve booked elsewhere. The included breakfast was not great—everything was Luke-warm at best - limited options and not worth the price. There are plenty of great cafes along the waterfront just a short walk away, offering much better food and value. On a positive note, the staff were excellent—friendly, helpful, and professional. They’re doing their best and really holding the hotel’s reputation together It’s unlikely we’d stay here again
