Novotel surfers paradise hotel is on great location. Walking distance for beach and even you can see beach from your hotel room. Room was clean and staff was very nice and kind. Highly recommended. I would love to stay again in novotel surfers paradise hotel.

Pool area was subpar. There is no service there as BBQ and other outdoor areas are under renovation, as well as facade of the hotels. That didn't bother us as much, as we had planty to di being in the heart of Surfers Paradise. Buffet breakfast was good enough and all and all we really enjoyed the stay. Staff was friendly, but pool area was a bit of a disappointment.

The room itself was nice, but I expected a walk-in shower as advertised. The towels had some stains on them, which made us question the overall cleanliness. We went down for the buffet breakfast, and at over $80 for two people, it felt overpriced considering we only had one plate each. The tables and cutlery also weren’t very clean. We ordered room service for dinner, but my drink was forgotten, and I had to call an hour later to remind them. Breakfast service was also disappointing — we waited about an hour and twenty minutes on the first morning, only to get a call saying there were no eggs available and to order something else. I’m not sure if we were charged extra for the change. The room wasn’t as soundproof as we’d hoped either. We could hear the shower running in the rooms above and next door, as well as the banging from housekeeping while they were cleaning. Overall, it was an okay stay, but the service and cleanliness didn’t meet expectations for the price.

Location is super handy! Rooms ok - only real issue was the bathroom was tiny. We had large sporting groups during our stay - which made it quite noisy at times. Long wait times for lifts became frustrating. Some construction near pool area limiting day time access (alternate pool available at neighbouring hotel).

Our stay at Novotel Surfers Paradise was nothing short of excellent. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Surfers, just a short stroll to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, with lovely views that made waking up each morning a joy. The staff were warm, professional, and always willing to help—whether it was with directions, recommendations, or just a friendly smile. The facilities, including the pool and gym, were well maintained and added so much to our stay. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful, with a great variety to suit everyone. Everything felt easy, relaxed, and welcoming—exactly what you want on a Gold Coast getaway. Highly recommended for families, couples, or anyone looking for a memorable stay in Surfers Paradise. We’ll definitely be back!

Great location! Our room upgrade was such a beautiful surprise - the view was just amazing! Close to everything. Shops next door. Lovely buffet breakfast. A few mins from the beach. Very clean. Staff were always so friendly & willing to assist. Overall fantastic service, with a smile! Can’t wait to return when the pool has been fully renovated. Thank you for the wonderful complimentary champagne, cheese platter and cake for my partners 50th Birthday surprise holiday! We had a great time & loved our stay ♥️

Check in was very efficient, front desk staff were very professional. When we got to the room, the staff knocked with a happy birthday cupcake. The room was clean and had a great view. Very centrally located. So loud at night because of the nightclubs. So loud in the rooms, couldn’t sleep. Bits of the hotel were a bit dated. Breakfast buffet was pretty good. Staff generally nice. Parking is at a cost of $25 a night.

Location is great and we had an ocean view for a reasonable price. The brekkie was very good and included in our booking. They didn’t clean the rooms regularly and even when they did they only changed towels, didn’t clean floors or the beds.
