Breakfast was repeated every day and tasteless . Staff was not helpful at all and room are not well maintained We requested to clean our room while we are out but it was not clean and upon checking they just ignored.

Room was ok. I ordered Room service for dinner and the burger I ordered arrived raw. There was no previous mention about the noise - I could hear/feel the bass from local nightclubs all the way up into the early hours of the morning even on floor 29. As this was a work visit I really needed quality sleep, which I was not allowed. Had I had known, I would have booked elsewhere. Staff were super friendly and location is good if you’re looking to be central to all the action of Surfers Paradise.

Staff were courteous, would be helpful if there was a toilet brush, overall the rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Fridge was quite loud when trying to sleep and didn’t seem to be a hand towel, a hook near basin would be good for washing and drying hands. Great location easy walk to restaurants and beach. Would recommend and rebook

Facility is somewhat outdated. First night, water is leaking from airconditioner vent. Then hotel changed another room for us the next day. But airconditioning is not working properly in the second room. The room is too warm to sleep. Then they changed room again. This time is working fine. Over three nights, we had to change room twice.

The overall stay was amazing! The check in process was a let down, I understand that 2pm is peak check in time but 1 staff member checking in people isn't enough. All desks should be active to make the process easier especially people with young kids.

Yes, all was well. The staff was amazing, as was the room service. However, I would have appreciated if the gym had stronger/better air conditioning/ventilation.
